Our youth group is that of a non-denominational community spirit lead church. No personal agendas pushed here. If it's not in the Bible, it's not taught. We believe in the importance of community and small groups. After worship and a time of teaching, the students are broke up into small groups according to their age and gender. Middle school boys, middle school girls, high school boys, and high school girls. This is where mentors get to dive-in deeper with our students.

As for myself, I've been serving in youth ministry for 20 plus years. I've been everything from a mentor to youth pastor at multiple churches over the years. While serving in the military, it didn't allow us to stay in one place very long, but I've always felt the call to serve wherever God put us. We started this this youth group with very humble beginnings, and God has continued to bless this ministry.  Just last summer we took 40 students to camp. God is working working in this community, and in these students. I'm just honored that God is using my team and I to be a part of His kingdom building.
